WHAT IS RENT & RETURN SERVICE?Flovely Studio presents a luxury flower rental and return service that includes luxury artificial flowers for your wedding day or other occasion. The client has the opportunity to get a classy style and design of his celebration by saving up to 70% of the budget for a florist or agency. You arrange your wedding yourself and get a professional look at an affordable price. Creating magic has never been so easy!

HOW TO PLACE YOUR WEDDING ORDER?Write us a message with the required quantity and types of items you want to rent, as well as your wedding date. Upon confirmation by us of availability on the specified date, a 50% advance is required. The balance plus the deposit is payable upon receipt 3 days prior to the celebration. The deposit is calculated against the quantity ordered and returned when we receive the items back in good condition.

HOW DO I ORDER A SAMPLE FIRST?To place a sample order, you need to write which item you would like to see. It is paid in 100% of the rental price in the form of a deposit. When you return the item to us, we refund the deposit. If you order the entire set for your wedding day, we deduct it from the total price.

AFTER PLACING A WEDDING ORDER WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FLOWERS?We arrange all deliveries to occur 2-3 days before your wedding/event but we ship earlier whenever possible.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?We ship nationwide throughout Bulgaria. In addition, we also offer local pick up and return if you are located in Sofia. We work with Econt couriers, with the option of delivery to an address or office.

CAN YOU VISIT US IN PERSON?Rent & return is an online based service and visits and personal meetings are not organized. The detailed photos visualize an accurate representation of the flowers and customers can expect delivery with exactly the same flowers. Please order a sample if you would like to see the flowers up close.

CUSTOMIZATIONS?We also offer personalization of flowers and sets, after order confirmation and advance payment.

REFUND POLICY | CANCELLATIONS?No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before an event date. If circumstances necessitate rescheduling an event, full credit previously paid will be applied to the new event date.

ORDER CHANGES?Slight changes and additions to an already placed order are possible. Please inform us of such as soon as possible. Orders requiring changes must be placed at least 30 days prior to your event to be reflected.
